"As required by the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, an application has been submitted by The Herbal Centre to become a Licensed Cannabis Retailer to sell cannabis at 8-10 Rowan Street in the Community of St. John's in the Provincial District of Mount Scio."
