Transport Canada's Navigation Protection Program administers the Canadian Navigable Waters Act.
In accordance with requirements of the Canadian Navigable Waters Act, Stephen French hereby gives notice that an application has been submitted to the Minister of Transport for the following works for the construction of a Dolphin at St. John's Harbour.
Comments about the potential effect of this work must be received within 30 days of this posting.
